Meet Valeria Lukyanova a 21 year old Ukrainian model who dreamed to be the real-life Barbie doll (The plastic icon made famous by the US toy maker Mattel.). She undergoes a lot of plastic surgeries, just so she can achieve the physique and facial features of the famous doll. She’s one of the social trends for several months now and she claims to be the most famous woman on the Russian language internet.

But, despite all the publicity most of us would still ask if she was real and if she really do exist.

I myself  would think that she might not be real and she's just a hoax. Maybe all the pictures that we've seen through the net were just Photoshop? But still I know for a fact that she can also be real. Among of her interest were modeling and astro planing.

Upon watching several videos of her walking, talking and being interviewed made me believe that she was real and alive. We can never underestimate the power of science on enhancing her beauty. After undergoing through numerous plastic surgeries well, what would we really expect? She's already beautiful before wanting to become a real life doll and now, she already achieved what she dreamed of and finally enjoying the fruit of the choices she made. I included the video for you folks, to check and see, but believing it or not would still depend on what you think. J

Healthy Grounds

Last Sunday I was with my cousin's at Healthy Ground Coffee Shop in Imus, Cavite. 

 

It’s my first time to go there, I find the place nice and cozy, they offer different kinds of coffee mixes; it can be hot, iced or frappe. 

I ordered hot White Mocha and it’s really good.

It's one of the good coffee shops that I've been in however, they should have offer more pastries, I think they only offer Strawberry Cheesecake and Blueberry Cheesecake. They also offer Pastas though.

We enjoy are stay there, sorry for the blurred photos, we only used our phones to take pictures because I left my camera at home. (Arrrghhhh. So sad!) Ha-ha.

Saturday with Carla

Last Saturday, I was with my friend/colleague Carla at SM Sta. Mesa. We wanted to eat so we decided to go to Wendy's. Well, we were on a diet so here's what we ordered:

These are the simple reasons why there is no progress on our diet. Ha-ha.

 We really enjoyed eating, I guess we can never hide that to ourselves, but we can always start our diet every day. Right? Ha-ha.

Buffet 101 International Cuisine

Last Saturday we went to Mall of Asia. We ate at Buffet 101 it is at the end of San Miguel by the bay near Microtel. It offers international cuisine such as Japanese, Chinese, Italian, etc.

 

Once you're inside you could actually see the beautiful and elegant ambiance that Buffet 101 has to offer.

It's modernistic and luxurious interiors with chandeliers, crystal curtains and soft leatherette seating makes you feel like you are in a five-star hotel or a five-star restaurant in the United States.

I sure did enjoy all the sushi and maki.

They also have an Italian Seafood Pizza, which is really delicious.

I love sweets and I found out that they have a lot of sweet treats to offer.

They also have a candy section, chocolate fondue, ice-cream and crepe station.

They also offer fresh fruits and for the drinks, they have fresh fruit shakes, fruit juices, iced-tea, draft beer and coffee.

It’s a bit pricey but it is worth it since they offer some expensive dishes. We were so full and of course, we were happy and satisfied. :)

Jayel Spriggs - I got what you want

I'm currently hooked to Jayel Spriggs song "I got what you want". It was a soundtrack on the movie Honey 2. I was listening to it over and over again however; I don't have the copy of the full song. I search it through Google and YouTube, but it’s not the full song, it was just the part of the song that was used on the movie. I really wanted to listen to the complete full song.

Mela and Me

When I started working at SITEL Philippines I never knew I would meet the craziest person in the world and her name is Mela Reyes. We used to call her CrazyMela. Ha-ha. She is so cute; she's like a little kid who dances whenever she wants to, she speaks in Visaya even though it doesn't suit her because she is so fair and looks like a Chinese doll. When I first saw her I thought she is just a high school who was asked by her mom to buy something at the market, but when I ask her how old she was, guess what? She said she's 20 years old, at that time I was like shocked because she really looked like a kid that would cry whenever I took her lollipop. Ha-ha.

I look at her like she was my little sister; we have a lot of things in common that we used to laugh about because it’s amazing. I was amazed on how independent she was and how she could take care of herself even though her mom and dad were in Kuwait and she’s leaving all by herself. I really admire how strong she was, she can always put a smile on her face even though I know that something is wrong and she has a problem.

She loves to eat; she loves to eat a lot. Ha-ha. We always eat; we used to go to McDonald's to buy hash brown. We used to eat at the 4th floor pantry and since she is in a special diet I always ask the service crew to remove the meat on her order. She always has this apple pie whenever she goes to work, she always asked my permission if she can drink coffee and I would always tell her that she's not allowed but one cup will do. Ha-ha.

Now, I really miss her since she resigns because she needs to go to Kuwait. I really miss everything. I miss my friend, workmate, best friend, sister, clown, wave mate. That’s her!
