Sweet Life

I wasn't able to right my blog for 2 weeks well I'm a little bit busy but I still have time to do little thing with my family. Well last October 21, I was able to make a burger sandwich, I don't know if it looks like a burger but it is still a burger. Ha-ha. I was with my sister Meryl. She helped me grind the cheese and I did the cooking, good thing I was able to concentrate and the patty didn't burn out. Ha-ha. Well, it's a different burger it really doesn’t look like a burger, it has a burger patty that is so thin you couldn’t even notice it, it also has sausage that is so crispy because I somehow over cooked it but definitely not burn, it also has cheese, mayo, small slice of carrots and small slice of cabbage, and for our drink we have iced tea. We try not to focus on the texture of the ingredients but we did try to make the burger look good with the smiling face, I don't think it's noticeable but we did try to make it look gorgeous on that smile. Ha-ha. I guess we need to practice a little bit more and I really need to improve my cooking skills so I could do better than that.  It was fun making it, it doesn’t look attractive but it is really good, I know it's unbelievable but it is good Meryl really enjoy it. I told her next time I would do better. Ha-ha. :)

Muffin Delicioso

I really wanted to learn how to bake and how to make some Muffins or Cupcakes. I really admire my Aunt she knows how to bake and whenever she visits us or if there’s an occasion she always bring her home made Muffins. It’s really cute and it delicious how I wish I could also bake and learn how to make them. Perhaps I should ask her to teach me how to. Ha-ha. My family loves Muffins, Cakes, Cupcakes, Brownies and etc, Well basically we love Pastries and sweets and It’s really nice if every Birthdays, Valentines, Christmas or New year I would just make our Muffins and Cake but I guess it would take time or they could expect it maybe 2014 or 2015? Ha-ha. I know I would learn those so they should wait and see. Ha-ha.

Wave 84

It's already been two years since I have my training at Sykes Asia Inc. I really miss our batch wave 84. I miss our chikahan, tawanan, picture taking, and sharing of food. Ha-ha. I miss our eating session, I also miss the sing and dance punishments whenever some of us are late, or some of us forgot to lock the computers, I miss the groupings, I miss jamming with them, I miss the way we treat Tammy and how we make fun of him and of course I won’t forget Rick’s Voltes Five theme song.  Ha-ha. I just miss everything.

I know some of us are extremely busy but I hope to see them soon.

Signal Number 8

My Mom, my little sister and my little brother went to Hongkong and because of the typhoon they have to stay there for a few more days. It's a relief that they were safe and they returned safely. I was worried about them when I heard that there’s a typhoon there and the signal's number 8. I was like what? Signal number 8? Are you kidding me? What’s that a super duper typhoon? Well, of course I didn't know that in Hongkong their typhoon signal is from 1 to 10 and signal number 8 is like signal number 3 or 4 here in the Philippines so, now I know. Ha-ha. 


My little sister is so excited to tell her stories, my little brother wanted to show me their pictures. I'm happy that they had fun. Look what they have bought me:

Eat Bulaga's Number 1

I always watch Eat Bulaga every day and I'm always amazed by them. It’s really inspiring how they are able to make us laugh while sharing their blessing to others. And now I know and understand why they are number 1. Yesterday, Vic Sotto announced that they will start the new ABG which means Aksyon Bossing Gang it’s like a foundation that would benefit the people who was victimized by typhoon Pedring. They were asking for anything that we could give or donate like clothes, food, etc. It’s amazing after it was announced some people already contacted them, some are able to go there and give what they can give, even a ten year old girl was there to give out her clothes. I know any variety show can do that but it’s really something. Some noon-time show may copy their segments because they don’t have originality. I’m not saying that they don’t help others, they do, but it shows that it was just for the sake of their show; it’s obvious that they were just acting in front of the camera. That’s why Eat Bulaga is different from them. They may copy the segments but they can never be as good as them. I hope Eat Bulaga would continue to share and give out Joy, Love, Happiness I know they will remain number 1 not just in the television but in our hearts as well.

Happy 2nd month Birthday Victoria.

We celebrated Victoria Jollie Katriel's second months Birthday at Malens Restaurant last night. It's really amazing how time goes by so fast, it's already been 2 months since she was born. Wow! I can't wait to see her grow up. She might be the next beauty queen, who knows? Ha-ha.

She is so cute, at this stage she can wear those cute clothes, and she is a fashion lover already. Ha-ha. Well, what do we expect? Since her mom is a fashion lover herself, now I’m already imagining how she would look like when she turns 18. Ha-ha. I’m so excited.

She and Elisha may be the next top model. They would be the head turners of their generation. Am I to exaggerating? I guess not because it is possible. Ha-ha.

She really enjoyed looking at the balloons.

It could have been much better if her dad is with us to celebrate, but I know she understands that her dad needs to work and probably next year they will be together again. Just wait. Ha-ha.
